About Pool Safety Certification

Our Process 

1. Booking the Inspection
Booking is easy - just give us a call or book through our website. Once you're locked in, we’ll grab a few quick details to get everything organised.

2. Before the Inspection
We’ll email you a simple pre-inspection checklist, some info from QBCC, and the invoice. It’s all designed to make the process smooth and stress-free.

3. On Inspection Day  
Our friendly inspector will arrive at the agreed time and check over your pool area. Inspections usually take 30 to 60 minutes depending on your setup.

4. If Everything’s Compliant  
Great news - if your pool barrier passes, we’ll send you the Pool Safety Certificate that same day.

5. If a Few Things Need Fixing  
No worries - we’ll give you a clear report outlining what needs to be done.

6. Re-Inspection
Once the fixes are done, we’ll come back to re-inspect. If everything’s sorted, your Pool Safety Certificate will be issued the same day.

 Once your pool inspection has been completed and your Pool Safety Certificate (Form 23) has been issued, it will be valid for:

• 1 year for shared pools (e.g. unit complexes or body corporate pools)
• 2 years for private pools
   

Please note: A new Pool Safety Certificate is required with every new rental contract, even if the current certificate has not yet expired.

If you are selling your property, you must provide an in-date, valid Form 23 Pool Safety Certificate as part of the sale process.

You do not need to be present during the inspection, provided that safe access to your pool area is ensured. In the event of dangerous animals on the property, we kindly ask that they are contained in a separate area during the inspection for safety reasons.

Additionally, we offer flexible scheduling options, including after-hours and weekend bookings, to accommodate your convenience and busy schedule. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we strive to make the inspection process as seamless and convenient as possible for you.
