About Pool Safety Certification

Our comprehensive pool safety inspection package is priced at $195. This all-inclusive service covers a pre-inspection checklist, The Pool Safety Certificate, the initial inspection, a re-inspection if needed, and unlimited phone advice. 

Our Process 

1. Booking the Inspection
Booking is easy – just give us a call or book through our website. Once you're locked in, we’ll grab a few quick details to get everything organised.

2. Before the Inspection
We’ll email you a simple pre-inspection checklist, some info from QBCC, and the invoice. It’s all designed to make the process smooth and stress-free.

3. On Inspection Day  
Our friendly inspector will arrive at the agreed time and check over your pool area. Inspections usually take 30 to 60 minutes depending on your setup.

4. If Everything’s Compliant  
Great news – if your pool barrier passes, we’ll send you the Pool Safety Certificate that same day.

5. If a Few Things Need Fixing  
No worries – we’ll give you a clear report outlining what needs to be done, along with a Form 26 (that’s the official notice for any non-compliant areas).

6. Free Re-Inspection
Once the fixes are done, we’ll come back for a free re-check. If everything’s sorted, your Pool Safety Certificate will be issued straight away.

 
(Please be advised that on the day of the inspection, in compliance with QBCC regulations, our inspectors are required to capture photographs and videos of the inspection process. Rest assured, these visual records are stored in accordance with the Privacy Act and will only be utilized for evidentiary purposes if specifically requested by the QBCC or other relevant governing bodies. Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us, and we strictly adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding the handling of sensitive information.)

 Once you have completed your pool inspection and obtained your pool safety certificate it will be valid for:

• 1 year for shared pools
• 2 years for private pools

 You do not need to be present during the inspection, provided that safe access to your pool area is ensured. In the event of dangerous animals on the property, we kindly ask that they are contained in a separate area during the inspection for safety reasons.
